When adding an event make sure you have done the following

• uploaded any pictures, uploaded any documents needed ( Find out how to upload and link HERE)
• created a registration form (Find out how to copy and modify a form HERE)
• Create an Event Page-don't forget to change permissions( Find what to do when adding a page HERE) 
• Added the docs, link to event and pictures to event page
• created a member clicks calendar page
• updated the yearly calendar page
• Adding links to the sponsor in the calendar and sponsor list
• Make event page viewable by public
• add event page to navigation and link on home page
