DMCNY LUNCHEON

How New Federal Regulations Target Direct and Interactive Marketers
presented by Linda Woolley, EVP for Government Affairs, DMA

Attention: This event is rescheduled from February and is taking place on March 1 at noon.

Discover the five proposed laws that could change your day-to-day business practices.

Linda Woolley leads the industry's largest lobbying effort to head off new privacy laws with self-regulatory best practices. Find out how Washington plans to impose new rules on marketers and what you need to know to prepare your business.

  • Why everyone who deals in information should care about online privacy legislation
  • What the new Consumer Financial Protection Agency could mean for marketers
  • How new rules would broaden the FTCs ability to regulate your business
  • Why declining volume and revenues at the USPS should concern every marketer

This is your chance to hear from the DMA executive closest to the front lines in the struggle between advocates of legislated privacy mandates and today's self-regulatory model. We invite you to come and share your views and questions with a key member of the DMA leadership.

Who should attend:
· Direct marketers who need to stay competitive in a changing world.
· Companies and their vendors who need to know where to invest for their business of the future.
· Anyone who wants to keep their career on a relevant course.
